Default Paul's Letters from the Big house?

Which letters attributed to Paul are considered to written while he was imprisoned?

Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, 2 Timothy and Philemon clearly refer to Paul as being a prisoner.

Most Scholars deny that Paul wrote 2 Timothy (at least in its present form) and many doubt the Pauline authorship of Ephesians. The majority would accept Colossians as authentically Pauline and the great majority would accept Philippians and Philemon.

(NB It is not clear whether all of the letters from Prison were written from the same place of imprisonment or not)
