Default Books on Assyrian or Babylonian Captivity

I'm interested in learning about the Assyrian and Babylonian Captivity of Israel / Judah. Does anyone have a recommendation for a book that is not biased from a Christian or Jewish viewpoint? I'm more interested in the archeological aspect of it, but I'd like to learn how those experiences helped mold Judaism also. I did a search on Amazon, but all the books on this topic seemed to be biased.

You will find some experts in BC&H. (I am not one of them.)
