Default Where was the Bible written, and who wrote it? It's all Mythology

This thread might get moved, but here goes anyway.

If anyone is really interested about the bible, who wrote it and where it came from, listen to this audio file.

best listened to with winamp or real player.

It's all mythology, listen and see.

youll have to listen a little while, then you will hear the truth about the bible origins. It's worth it!!!

My apologies .. so far I have encountered the following facts / "Truths"@
1 - Ethel & Albert recently returned from a trip to Italy
2 - Ethel enjoyed Under The Tuscan Sun (a movie)
3 - NASA reported observations on a Comet / Cloud of Gas

Asserations made -
(A) - The physical event of 3 is directly related to the angel of passover in the Biblical book of Exodus
(B) The entire Bible OT & NT is Greek Mythology, none of the events have any basis in history
(C) *Luke chapter 22 : 7 - 14 (NOT Matthew) in mentioning the water carrier is a reference to astrology.

@ alleged as I have no documentation concerning them but I am willing to accept them as such ...

Thank so much for bring this to my attention

Even very critical scholars don't believe there is no history to the Bible. Get a clue man. The 100% myth theory is a silly construct of nihilists and fringe weirdoes.

I'm not going to listen to an unidentified audio file, especially at work. Can you identify the speaker and his or her credentials?

And yes, there are critical scholars who are not "nihilists or fringe weirdos" who think that there is no history to the Bible, or at least very little.

I'm still trying to sort this out but the speaker appears to be Bill Donahue who hosts the page www.hiddenmeanings.com which is a mishmash of broken links and fonts to make your eyes bleed. If I can make sense of it, I'll try to figure out who he is.

ETA: Ah, he's a whackjob astrologist! Very amusing...for a few seconds...

I didn't say there weren't critical scholars who believe there is very little history in the Bible, I said there weren't critical scholars who believe there is absolutely NO HISTORY in the Bible. If you can find my three people with Ph.D.'s in fields related to Biblical scholarship who have gone on record (via publication) as saying there is not a single shred of history in the Bible then I will admit I am mistaken.

I mean c'mon folks, there is absolutely NO HISTORY in Kings, Judges, Ezra, or Maccabees? Not one single sentence that is historical? And the account of the Assyrian invasion, which is corroborated (with admittedly different spins on the events) by Assyrian texts? Both cultures apparently concocted the same fictional event? Or wait, even better, one of them copied it from the other one? Yes, that must be it.

Anyone who thinks that the entire Bible is 100% myth is either misled, not very well read, or just plain ignorant. But by all means, those of you who are fundamentalist skeptics listen to the audio clip and be amazed! Wow, the Bible is all MYTH…who knew? Get a grip folks and start tuning into Sanity FM.
