Default We are starting the Atheist Led Bible Study

Here is our flyer, which we are putting up at a couple of sympathetic locations:

http://www.rationalrevolution.net/temp/absflyer.pdf

Starts on Jan. 14th is anyone is interested. View flyer for details.

We are thinking about video taping the sessions and trying to do something with it, but we are still working those details out. Here is the outline so far:

Atheist-led Bible Study Outline

1.Introduction
[Day 1]
a) Overview of Bible translations
b) Overview of the Bible structure
c) Overview of Biblical history
d) Recommendations for further reading
2.New Testament
[Assign on Day 1 - Discuss on Day 2]
a) Thessalonians
b) 1 Corinthians
[Assign on Day 2 - Discuss on Day 3]
c) Galatians
d) Romans
[Assign on Day 3 - Discuss on Day 4]
e) Hebrews
[Assign on Day 4 - Discuss on Day 5]
f) Matthew
[Assign on Day 5 - Discuss on Day 6]
g) John
[Assign on Day 6 - Discuss on Day 7]
h) 1 John
i) 2 John
j) 2 Peter

We will go into the OT after we finish the NT, but we haven't decided how to go about it, if we should start with Genesis or the Prophets, and it also depends on how much interest we still have at that time.
