I am one of the Christ-believing christians who have been dragged through spiritual mud by hardcore skeptics. I came out more in enlightened and faithful as result.

All skeptics want to do is drag a genuine christian down into thier own spiritual misgivings called 'pits' according to Jesus.

I thank every one of you for the results..

Frankly I think God saw this lopsided injustice and decided to pamper me with monstrous and supernatural faith in the divine instead.

In short, skeptics simply do not know what they are dealing with.

Heb. niv 9.16

In short this single verse in John sums it all up..

For judgement, I have come into this world, so that the blind will see, and those who see will be made blind.

I am one of the quite rare christians with confidence to wade around in forums like this and remain steady in bible faith.

Go figure..I've spent years try to convince others about Jesus, It's not suprise when I am suddenly given spiritual rocket boosters to elevate me above the stratosphere of bullcrap into divine truth. Thank you Jesus

I think I'll eventually end as a testimony for Christ as I get know everyone here.

I'll end scaring people who do not believe because I myself have seen and heard it all.

Hebrews 10.32
Remember those earlier days after you had recieved light, when you stood your ground in a great contest in face of suffering.

I went through that contest folks, I am more than armed to go through it again.

Your sweeping generalizations of what skeptics wish are not even close to the mark. Some skeptics may desire to disprove Christianity, some may simply view it with a far more critical eye than most, some may be reserving judgement until more evidence is available, etc.

You may wish to actually examine the viewpoints of others before you draw your conclusions. By way of example, I am a skeptic, but it has nothing to do with you. You could worship a giant purple dancing radish and I would not care, up to the point where you told me I must worship it as well, at which point we will have a certain degree of difficulty.

V7 - Somehow I'm not scared. Would you like to try to make a coherent comment on Hebrews?

Sorry, but in my opinion the OP is just preaching without content.
If you have a point to discuss, bring it up.

I hope Baidarka comes to join me.

Well, despite many efforts as both a Christian and an atheist, I have yet to "deal with" anything.

Welcome Visionary. This forum is mostly concerned with academic criticism of biblical text. As such, testimonies, proselytizing etc. are not really within the purview of our discussions. If you have an on topic comment to make with respect to the OP fire away. If you have another topic related to biblical text criticism or history feel free to start a new thread. If you primary interest is in impressing everyone with your "supernatural faith" or serving as some kind of example to the "lost" you might be better off somewhere else. We mostly engage in rather dry academic discussions here.

Best Regards,

With that said I am, predictably, shipping this ~Elsewhere~, definitely feel free to start a new thread in BC&H if you have a relevant topic to discuss.

I am subsconsciously referring the SAB bible board..Not here

If one comes from there or posts there, they will see what I mean. That place has a bad outlook on things bible related..

that was over 2 years ago, I still can't get over how dark that board is..

Besides, doesn't all forms of doubt mentioned stem from mind of man?

And why does stuff I write get split and moved?

What does a skeptic wish to know?

Either way it stems from either doubt or disbelief in any type of bible manuscript.
