Default Confirmed: The Letter to Theodore was Still at the Jerusalem Patriarchate in 1990

By email today:

Quote:

Rough Translation (through an intermediary):

Quote:
Good morning,

We have no information about what you are looking for.

In communication we had with godchild of Father Kallistos and informed, told us that Elder's response is: "For what you are looking for contact in the Patriarchate of Jerusalem."

He does not have it.
Follow up question. "Is it still there in the monastery?" Answer: "Yes."

The Patriarchate of Jerusalem has always occupied a special position in the Church; its primary task has been to guard the Holy Places. The Brotherhood of Holy Sepulchre looks after the holy places, says Timothy Ware in his book, The Orthodox Church, Penguin, ISBN 9780140146561, pages 134 ff.

Patriarch Diodoros was the Patriarch of Jerusalem in the Orthodox Church of Jerusalem from 1981 to 2000.
Since 2005, the Orthodox Patriarch of Jerusalem has been Theophilos III.

That will be in Satan's jocular cardboard cut-out version, then. Though I don't think it's ever cut much ice, even in that.

Sorry. Correction to the original post. The actual original question was 'is it still there (= the Patriarchate).' I typed this out while still sleepy.

If the Bible be true, any who say that have an earthly spiritual father have none at all.

You seem to me to invoke SATAN quite alot SV. Is this because you believe in (he/she/it), or you would be proselytizing. HMMM?

If you care to look in the appropriate post, you will see that mention of Satan is contingent upon apparent belief in that agent in the post it addresses.

Tut, tut.
