Hello James

You recently chastised me for calling on idea put forward by one of the regulars here stupid and idiotic. At the same time, I have personally been called virtually every name in the book, as has Layman, SecWebLurker and other Christians on this site.

What is the protocol for acceptable posts on these boards?

I have been assured that whatever the standards are, there is no double standard. The fact that you are chastised for referring to an argument as stupid, while others have called other posters "morons," "ignoramuses," "dumbos," and generally threatened theists with physical violence, is nothing but an unfortunate coincidence.

The quickest way to get someone to stop someone calling your ideas garbage is to post effectively, thus showing that the offender is an idiot. Yes, come to think of it now, I can understand why you went running to James Still, rather than simply posting effectively and silencing the opposition.

Don't sweat it gentlemen, I asked James a question. I am sure he will answer it when he gets the chance.

In the meantime, if you have anything interesting to say on any of the threads on which I participate, give it a try. It won't hurt, I promise.
