If we use the information provided by Jesus cult writers then Jesus of Nazareth would have been probably the most significant Jew or Prophet in the 1st century of the Roman Empire.
Before 'Wars of the Jews', and 'Antiquities of the Jews' there should have been Four Gospels [Four Biographies of Jesus of Nazareth] and multiple persons teaching about Jesus Predictions of the Fall of the Temple and the Desolation of Jerusalem BEFORE it happened. After all, it is claimed Jesus of Nazareth and Josephus lived in Galilee. It is also claimed the disciples went all over the world since the time of Pilate teaching people what Jesus had told them. However, after the Temple Fell, Josephus ONLY remembered that it was predicted in the book of Daniel and that Jesus son of Ananus predicted calamities for Jerusalem. Josephus wrote NOTHING of the SUPPOSED documented predictions of Jesus of Nazareth. |
