Toronto in the summer can be downright boiling. But March is still winter...sigh...

Upper 70's to 80, high cirrus clouds, sapphire blue skies. Hasn't snowed here since the 30's(about 1/2")
![]() Summers here, on the other hand, are only endured(122 degrees our record high in June, 117 not unusual right before the monsoons hit in July) At least it's a dry heat ![]() I speak of none other than Phoenix, Arizona. |

It is nice to be outside here OpenEyes (not that I'd know, I've been at work since 7), but I don't know: since it's only the middle of March it's almost guaranteed to get cold at least one more time. I'd rather still have all the snow on the ground when that happens. On the other hand it was nice not having to shovel after our last two snowfalls. Now all I have to do is scoop out the water that pools on my sidewalk!

So why do you care if there is still snow on the ground? Are you worried about plants? Valid reason, but I don't think it'll get that cold again to be a problem for most hardy MN species. |

Always remember; any weather is a lot better than having none at all.
Time, 8:18PM. Temps about 66F. I can hear the meadow frogs singing lies of love from the field across the road. Beer. doov |
