I guess it wouldn't work out well, since Pinoy Atheists are quite apathetic. If you're planning on starting a meetup, try contacting established atheist groups. There's UPAC (Univ of Phil Atheist Circle) and, perhaps, The Philippine Society of Rational Humanists.

I was unable to attend. I've got two relatives in the hospital, though one should be coming home very soon.

On a more positive note, I'm going to be sending out my II t-shirt order in the mail today!

Seems that we have 20+ people signed up in Hampton Roads. I might have to make the May outing.

You'd have fit right in. Two of the three attendees (including me) had just paid hospital visits to terminally ill grandmothers. Hopefully your relatives are in less dire straits.
