I guess it wouldn't work out well, since Pinoy Atheists are quite apathetic. If you're planning on starting a meetup, try contacting established atheist groups. There's UPAC (Univ of Phil Atheist Circle) and, perhaps, The Philippine Society of Rational Humanists.
