That's what the Raven Culture Free IQ test is for. There are no words.

I don't know. I scored 144 and became suspicious. So I ran through the test again, purposely getting about 10 out of 35 right. That came up with an IQ of 100. That's average?

Funny, I just randomly clicked buttons and got 120.

Any test is going to have a minimum and a maximum it can reasonably measure. The scores will not be good outside this range.
