28. Old Textbooks
Even though the Bible hasn't changed in thousands of years, textbooks have to be re-written all of the time to clear up outdated science. 20 year old textbooks are an embarrasment to evolution. The Bible is not an embarrassment to me. Perhaps biology should not be trying to teach earth history?

Mutant Frogs
Frogs with six legs flopping around in shallow areas of ponds must make an evolutionist proud. Afterall, it is this sort of thing that is responsible for creating every one of us!
All has now been made clear. God mutateded them frogs!

I seem to recall reading a year or so ago that these frogs were attacked by parasites in their tadpole stage, screwing up their leg development. This made them easy prey for wading birds, and thus completed the parasite's cycle, passing it's eggs through the bird and into the water. Sorry, no references.

Virtually everything the list puts forth is ridiculous to the point that it's not even very humorous.

Odd....

That is the second anti-evolution website made by a graphic artist that I have seen.

I predict that, after engineers and lawyers, graphic artists will be the most prominent names on those "people who disbelieve evolution" lists within 20 years...

I LOVE this, from other places on his website:

But you imagine that he lost his faith *after* he came to discover the world around him aboard the USS BEAGLE, right?
I imagine the Royal Navy might have a commment.

67. Common Sense
Common sense would dictate that any highly organized mechanism, capable of performing complex tasks, beautiful and elegant must have a designer. Random chance does not produce highly structured order.
Common sense would dictate that, as we sleep on flat beds and not on balls, the earth on which said beds are situated must be flat as well. If the earth were round, it would mean there are people who stand under us, hanging by their feet with their heads falling towards the sky. Since you can go to Australia and still fancy yourself to be standing upright, it follows that this round-earth conundrum is nothing but a snare, a myth and a delusion, and the earth is flat, just as common sense would have it! And just as the Bible says too!

Are you all just avoiding a difficult question? Not trying to be overly argumentative----just would like to see some sort of rational explanation.
Even other creationists say not to use that one anymore. Guess this guy hasn't caught up with the pack yet.

Love this one...

The Chinese Language
The ancient Chinese lanquage is one of the oldest still in use. It is interesting as well, because it is a pictographic text. That is, the characters actually are groupings of pictures which represent words or phrases. When looked at closely they tell a story. For example the word "boat" which is made up of the words "eight", "person" and "vessel". Noah's ark was the most memorable boat of all time, and according to the Bible had Noah, his wife, and three children, along with their wives. A total of 8.
Anyone read Chinese? I'd love to know more about this.

As well as the complete hypocrisy present in this one...

Ernst Haeckel
A fine example of a man who wanted to proove evolution so badly, he would lie to do it.
Guess he's never read any creationist "literature."

And just a big "WTF?" for this one:

22. Dark Skinned People

Darwin, and many more of his followers have used evolutionary theory to justify mistreatment of the supposed "lower" races. This is appauling and unforgiveable. Darwin even forcasted that at some point white skinned peoples would wipe out the dark skinned (less evolved) people. This is utterly ridiculous. They didn't read that Darwin quote in my classroom.
Two things:

a) Anybody care to find this Darwin "quote" for me? For some reason, it doesn't ring a bell. Here's a page with some more information about Darwin's supposed racist views.
b) Did you know that nobody has ever used the Bible to justify "appauling" mistreatment of the supposed "lower" races? Fact.

Incidentally, I love his "kind spectrum" theory:
Quote:
Diversity of Life
Might it not be, that when God set about to create the animals, that he might have created "kinds" along the lines of say, basic colors (red, blue, green, etc.) and allowed for speciation, that is to say variation within a set "kind", which we observe today, responsible for the vast numbers of species within kinds of animals. To use the color analogy, this would be the same as providing all of the in-between colors in the spectrum (teal, burgundy, sienna, etc.)
So when does "teal" stop being "blue" and start becoming "green"? Love those poor analogies.
