I am terribly sorry. The other day I split a thread, and lo and behold! The first posts disappeared, and I was left only with the junk in ~E~. I am sorry to everyone's posts whom I lost. For penance I shall go read Josh McDowell cover to cover ten times.

Actually, the proper penance would be to write a positive review of McDowell and posting it for us all to see.
