Artificial diamonds of the top variety can be be made at half the price of a real one. However their detection is quite easy for an expert. Other varieties can have 6.5 times the brilliance of a geuine diamond ,but are softer. A human gives a1/4to1/2 carat diamond,synthetic with faults.
