When a grown man is bothered by and feels compelled to cover up 'nude' statues, it indicates a lack of maturity to say the least. It demonstrates that he is unaware of what these statues represent. He still just sees some t&a.

That is so juvenile and pathetic. Actually, it's beyond pathetic. Apparently Johnny has a problem.

I agree. I also dislike the "Respect your Parents" commandment. It's too one-sided, and it can encourage child abuse.

Don't forget his amazing rendition of the self-penned "Let the Mighty Eagle Soar"

<a href="http://www.cnn.com/video/us/2002/02/25/ashcroft.sings.wbtv.med.html" target="_blank">Ashcroft Sings</a>

(a little old but always good for a laugh...or cry)

"Only god , no other kings..."

Ok John, but don't you work for The People?

Apparantly, he doesn't consider non-Christians to be people...which means he's a lot like Osama bin Laden!

Don't forget his fear of the kitties.

Especially calico cats. They are the fui-its of the dev-il.

But kitties are so cute and fuzzy wuzzy, how can ashcroft be afraid of them?

If ashcroft comes to speak in your area, show up with a calico cat, on a leash, and get as close to the stage as you can. Don't do anything illegal, just stare right at him and stroke your kitty.

Can't you get arrested for stroking your kitty in public?

Does Ashcroft feel conflicted by following his strict moral code while still wanting to ensure that God kills as many kittens as possible?

cheers,
Michael

I was a little purturbed by the recent decision to try the sniper suspects in Virginia just so they would face the death penalty. That seems a very petty decision from Ass-croft and the Bush admin. If were Maryland I would be pitching a big fucking fit.

Don't hold your breath, Corwin. Those are mormon morons (but I repeat myself), the fastest growing religious group in Oregon. They really don't care that Gordon is a lying, two-faced, weasel as long as he keeps tithing. It'd take an order from the Angel Moroni himself keep them from voting for the guy.

Hmmmm...After listening to Ashcroft sing, I would comment "Don't quit your day job"...except he's a better singer than Attorney General. And he sucks at being a Senator, seeing as how he lost to a dead man. I guess I'd have to resort to telling him:

You suck at life. I think you should quit.

But honestly, the guy is one of the worst singers I've ever heard. His songwriting skills are pretty weak, too. Is there anything this guy is good at?
