Kit Kit, wouldn't it be amusing if someone with a paint brush converted that exclamation point into a lower case L? "alive and worth the drivel"

or

Sorry for the inconvenience...

There used to be a lot of those Gawd billboards around here in Virginia, but either I've subconsciously learned to block them out or they've fallen out of fashion.

If I had the money I'd be inclined to get some select items from the Photoshoppery thread and make billboards ads of them...
Nope, your eyes aren't playing tricks on you - I live in HR too, and they're gone - poof! Maybe Gog didn't like the publicity

My friend and I saw this on the way to watch The Matrix on Friday night in Edmond, Oklahoma...and I must say that if this is the best their head marketing wizard can do, he or she deserves to be yanked from their bed in the middle of the night and tossed into the middle of a freeway:

"Jesus Reloaded"

Although it did make me and my friend roll with laughter for about five minutes. We almost returned later on that night with a digital camera, a bottle of Jack Daniels, and a shotgun...reloaded indeed.

I'd recommend against becomming another Darwin Award by shooting yourself next to that sign!

This isn't really a church sign, but it's funny as hell..

There is a church-school nearby my husband's work. There's a small field out behind it with a scoreboard on it. The scoreboard has the team logo...the "Fighting Christians". Even my hubby, who considers himself his own personal brand of Xian, found it funny. I told him it was true!

One I saw a couple months back and haven't been able to get out of my head read as follows:

"God forgets the past, mimick him."

I really regret not taking a picture of it.
