Where you go wrong here is that "woman" was not created but was taken from man by "Lord God" and thus not by God and therefore not until Gen.2 by Lord God . This being the case "woman" has no existence of being but is a condition of being that later becomes our womanity.

In my opinion if your bible tells you different it is wrong and if your dictionaries tell you different they are wrong.
