seebs, if you know who posted it you can search on their posts and then look through the list for the one you're thinking of. That might work.

Seebs... FYI - I figured out where I had read those new GA rules. It was in the News and current event forums. I KNEW I had read that message or one very similar to it a few weeks ago!
