What the bloody hell is the problem with unanswered questions in science anyway? What sort of education are we giving kids if we let them think there are no unanswered questions?

We don't know if prion infections have a nucleic acid component. We don't know precisely how a lot of infectious agents are transmitted. We don't know why some kids have reactions to vaccines and some don't. But are they calling for stickers all over textbooks dealing with infectious disease? Not, apparently, unless they also mention evolution. I hope the ACLU is keeping an eye on this rubbish.
