Cool its what I heard,..

Member Evlion, Presidents state of the union address, his last one, mentioned creation of two million jobs, the surplus, deficit, and the republican responce didn't contradict him, and you know if Clinton was not talking fact, they would have jumped on him as they did trying to inpeach him, its what I heard, and no one refuted, you know politics, facts are redily disputed, none here,!!

Question

Yeah, but I mean... come on. 200 million jobs? Even if he was in power for a full 4 years, that does seem like a pretty wild figure.

Can any of the other Americans here add their 2 cents on the matter?

Carter plummeted the country'a Pride into disgrace,
Does anyone else remember that great Bloom County strip from the "Fundamentally Oral Bill" plotline?

Dad: "Son, last night in front of the TV...I became a born-again fundamentalist."

Binkley: "Yeah. Noticed the hair."

Dad: "Things are becoming clearer...fundamental truths are suddenly revealing themselves at any given moment!"

Dad: "Hold it! I feel another one coming on...stand by!"

Dad: "Son, Jimmy Carter's going to hell for giving away the Panama Canal."

Binkley: "Yeah, well, down the hatch."

Best...comic strip...ever.
