Christianity constantly belittes men, making them ravenous, evil monsters with no ability to decide right from wrong themselves. If we strictly derived our morality from biblical sources, most of America would be stoned. According to Paul, our founding fathers and anyone who supported them would be evil for challenging the colonialist ruler whom Yaweh "installed".
There's too much more to say here. I suggest reading more on the board for more enlightenment. Read with an open mind, be objective, and don't be afraid to question the "truth" as you know it.
