Does anyone still think King Arthur is actually a non-theist?

Wasn’t Bede caught pretending to be an agnostic shortly before KA appeared on the scene? Doesn’t Bede have a history of pretending to be something he is not? Does KA act like a childish jerk because he is a venting pent-up hostilities?

Sure smells like Bede to me.

It's Bede. In an early post, KA slipped and used a phrase unique to Bede. QED.

Well Bede usually posts during the week and I can't recall ever seeing him post on a Sunday so for now I'll go with the hypothesis that KA is just a poor copy.

Also, didn't a debate or a series of debates between Vork and Bede have mentions of the historicity of King Arthur? Could have been the inspiration for Bede choosing that handle.

My other guess would be Metcrock, since the "I'm smarter than you" attitude matches too well. But there's not statistical way he could catch all his typo's that well...

ROTFLMAO!!!!

You all really didn't get my post a while back, did you?! I sent up one of my more silly posts and said something like: "Just call me Mensa Man, or perhaps kcorcateM!" It was meant to be a joke, you know, a Mensa-like puzzle... Geesh... No one said a thing, but I thought surely that someone got it.

Anyways, I'm not Bede because I would abhor having a theological debate with myself. He's bright, brighter than most here, but he ain't got nuthin' on me either. I'm not Metacrock. He was here and gone. I thought he was pretty funny. He knew a lot more than many here gave him credit for. I'm not any of the Christians. I'm an atheist who loves to play devil's advocate. I don't think religion is all bad and I don't think there is any reason to bash it and the truth as much as I see done here. You don't wanna believe me, it's up to you.

Only a Christian would defend the 500 story.

Referring to "the truth" is a dead give-away. Your idea of the truth is to accept every contention that Christian apologists make about their sacred texts and history.
