When I bought my DVD player, the first movie that I got was UHF.
I guess this explains my poll in Elswhere. ![]() |

I think it was The Big Lebowski. Great, great, movie. I don't have a DVD player but I can always barge into my girlfriends home and watch DVDs there, and I figure my getting a DVD player is inevitable. As soon as I get a TV and such that is capable of handling them.

My dad gave me my DVD player with X-Men. The first DVD I purchased, however, was Stargate. It is also the first movie to pique my interest in the DVD format.
