Also, there is no consideration to times when the population experienced massive decreases due to the plagues, like the "black death" that wiped out...30%???...of Europe's population.

I went and read the thread--what a piece of work. Having been proved wrong 10 different ways, all he can do is retreat to "I believe in Jesus and you're going to Hell." These people are Christianity's own worst enemies.

My favorite way to refute the "population argument" is to start with two cockroaches in Columbus, Ohio in 1973 (I knew at least that many....) and apply the same sort of exponential growth curve to their population. I think you'd find that the "cockroach kind" couldn't have been created that long ago - more like mid-2002?
