Default Lieberman more right-wing than Dean/Kucinich? How?

I've done a lot of research on this, and I can find only one issue other than the war where he differs from Dean, and only one issue that he differs from Kucinich on total: school vouchers. And Lieberman only supports more investigation on school vouchers, rather than throwing them away entirely. Kucinich voted for the war just like Leiberman did, btw. As a Governor Dean of course had no say, but he claims he was against it from the start.

I hear that Lieberman is somehow more Conservative or Republican-like than the other candidates, but only on one issue, vouchers, can I find evidence of this. Obviously Democrats all voted for the war (with the exception of Braun, natch) so they can't claim any anti-war moral ground here.

I'm amazed at the rancor against this Democrat, when he's been a truer Democrat than most Democrats. Someone tell me where specifically Lieberman is some right-wing fanatic.

And another thing, Dems like Edwards, Kerry, Gephardt, Sharpton, and Mosley-Braun are ALL more left-wing than Kucinich, and most are as left-wing as Dean. Dean is more Libertarian-like than the above candidates, but not neccessarily more left-wing.

I just remember there was a "Nader would not run if Dean or Kucinich did" thread and I was a little suprised people would think Dean or Kucinich would somehow be placed on a platform higher than the other Democrats. By what reason, specifically?

Sorry I keep replying quickly but I keep thinking of new angles to this.

And keep in mind all 9 candidates are considerably more left-wing than either Bill Clinton or Al Gore were. I remember them running on a platform as "Raging Moderates" if that gives you any idea where I'm coming from here.

Incorrect, Representative Dennis Kucinich voted against going to war.

"Four prominent rivals -- Gephardt, Kerry, Lieberman and Sen. John Edwards of North Carolina -- voted to authorize the war. Two later candidates -- Sen. Bob Graham of Florida and Rep. Dennis Kucinich of Ohio -- voted against war."

Source.

Until just a few years ago Kucininch was one of the most pro-life Democrats out there.

Lieberman is particularly weak on seperation of church and state which is an issue near and dear to me. He has also been unwilling to take on Bush compared to other candidates.

Lieberman comes off like Ben Stien in Ferris Beuler's Day Off, or that Steven Wright comedian. He is more wooden than Pinochio.

He also voted against the "Patriot" (Police State Expansion) Act, whereas Dick Gephardt, John Kerry, John Edwards, Joe Lieberman and Bob Graham all voted for it.

Lieberman is also a frontman for a very pro-censorship organization. Anyone now the specific title of the group, it escapes me now.

One reason I support Dean is that he didn't support the war or the Patriot Act. (Admittedly he wasn't in Congress, but he is true enough to his beliefs to take a stand unlike so many of our mealy mouthed members of Congress). The fact that every Democratic front runner other than Dean supported the Patriot Act is a crying shame.
