A fellow on a BfL DB I frequent started out in mid-December 2001 at 291 pounds and is now at 199 pounds.
Not bad for 7 months. It probably doesn't hurt that he's 18, so he's still in the high metabolism/muscle growth age group. cheers, Michael |
