Default Need assistance with brand names

I'm trying to come up with branding for a website to sell software components and services but can't think of anything inspired. I just wasted a whole day brainstorming with my co-conspirators and we couldn't come up with one decent name.

I know this is an odd request but I figured there's a lot of bright sparks here and someone might be willing to lend a little of their imagination to a good cause (putting more $$$ in my back pocket so my boney ass doesn't hurt after long journeys).

Any ideas?

Lightbulb Mine, all mine...

I've already got a name ready for any enterprise I incorporate: Freakin' Genius!.

Hmmmm..."software components and services" sounds kind of vague. Could you be more specific?

As in:

a) To-specification programming (programmers for hire).

b) Components we have developed that would be useful to other programmers (like fast large file handling libraries for visual basic and meta-querying components for databases) in getting their stuff done quicker.

You got me thinking... "Geni-R-Us"... ... ... naaah.

I was looking for something like Black Box. Simple, powerful and descriptive.

Talking Hmmmm....

Okay, how about "Code2Go"?

Your motto could be, "you want SQL with that?"

Seriously, I think "BlackBox" sounds interesting, but it really doesn't say anything about your enterprise, does it? or does it?

That's always the problem with trying to pick some kind of "inspired name". You want it to sound cool, and be instantly recognized, but it also should say something about the company...

Black Box is taken.

How about "Bony Ass" or "Bright Sparks"?

Good one. If its not taken, I might just. lighthearted is also good, like the "codemonkeys" site, which has got solid skills and code gurus. It doesn't have to be "corporate" sounding. Thanks.

The black box thing was about "Black boxing" a problem, which is how we code a lot of stuff.
