I saw it yesterday, and i didn't have any problems with nightcrawler, he was reasonably true to character, and an interesting one at that. I'm not surprised that they wouldn't have stryker be a minister, i guess the military's easier to demonize.

So where's Gambitt and Beast already?

Hey, kwig...didn't you catch that brief glimpse of Dr. Hank McCoy on the TV giving a counterpoint about how mutants are harmless?

Btw ~ Gambit is sure going to kick Iceman's ass.

I almost forgot another thing I noticed while watching X2...all of the strong female characters ~ female cops, female jet pilots, heroes, villains...I thought that was...um...bitchin'.

I concur...but if they make Gambit some teenage fratboy then it's all up for grabs, dammit.

rotflmao. I'm sorry, but the image of Gamnit as a frat boy.... My brain hurt for a second, before the laughter started.

A Review of "God Loves, Man Kills", that ties it in with the movie.

An X-Moment I have cherished ~

GAMBIT: So, it's not the champagne and candlelight dinner I imagined when I asked you out, I suppose it'll have to do in a pinch.

ROGUE: I thought you'd appreciate me makin' you an' ol' fashion Cajun meal with muh own two hands.

GAMBIT: If I made a list of things to do "with your own two hands", stirrin' gumbo wouldn't be on it.

ROGUE: Ya certainly know how ta get under a girl's skin.

GAMBIT: I'm trying.

ROGUE: Gambit, please! Ya know even the slightest physical contacts means Ah'd absorb ya mind and powers!

GAMBIT: Worse fates spring t'mind, chere.

ROGUE: That's all Ah'd need - thoughts o' you runnin' through muh head twenty-four hours a day.

GAMBIT: How'd dat be any different than now?

~ now that I've re-assessed the sit'ation...iceman toas', chere.

yep, 4 pilots in a dogfight, all women, that's gotta be movie history or something.
