So....anyone ever eaten moose before? They sure don't have that at my local supermarket. But they do have an entire section of pig's feet. I don't know why, I still haven't met any fans of pig ankles...where are they all??

Haywood road! Yes! That billboard is close to where my high priestess works! We drove past it just a little more than a week ago! My little backwater is famous!

...Never actually been to the establishment, tho.

I have actually eaten there. Its in Greeneville, SC. Excellent food and well presented. I recommend it.

Yes, moose is tasty, I have found that most animals that grow up in the wild taste better than factory animals. I think it's related to their diet, they don't have to eat the crap that the factory animals have to eat.

that and the fact they are built better, runing aorund and moving more.. eating healthier... not be poked with cattle prods, and less stress.

I've tried reindeer, yak, horse, and crocodile. None were too impressive. Now I'm a veggie, so I don't think I'll get round to moose.
