Use the following link and info to get to my previously mentioned document.
Go to:
http://memory.loc.gov/ammem/hlawquery.html

Without changing any settings, enter the following search terms:

iredell religion

The document is the second entry listed in the results:Elliot's Debates--DEBATES IN THE CONVENTION OF THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, ON THE ADOPTION OF THE FEDERAL CONSTITUTION.

As I ststed before, it starts at the paragraph before page 192.
