Actually, a vacuum is something. The dictionary defines it as "a space totally devoid of matter." So if a vacuum exists, something exists, namely some empty space. Nothingness would consist of neither matter nor space.

I stopped visiting POD because so many of the members seemed irreducibly stupid, but if they have taken to bannings to protect their precious fairy tales it might be time for a return visit.

I had only known about WinAce getting 86ed. When ever the creatos are getting their silly arguments dismanteled on theor own turf, they have a purge.

Well, I'll miss you all over there, but I think I will try to keep posting.

One thing I have learned is to try to keep to the science issues as much as possible. The radical right-wing religious positions get me totally nuts. When the posts by the far-right assholes make me too angry, I write a check to somebody like the ACLU, or Planned Parenthood. Money talks.
