Sydney Infidels meeting a great success
Many thanks to ju'iblex ! for organizing it all.
People actually attended: Ju'iblex Proctor's Gambit Kim O' The Concrete Jungle Xeluan BigBlue2 Gurdur We had a great yum cha and conversation for a long while. I was seriously impressed with the friendly nature of all attending. I took some photos of the occasion, and Kim O' The Concrete Jungle kindly walked around the area with me while I first used up the rest of the film, then had it developed. I gave him copies of the prints and he has promised to scan them in tonight and put them up here. Ju'iblex also took a couple of pix, and I believe her camera is digital, so those might be up soon too. Also attending in spirit were two others, including lunachick who very nicely phoned in to chat with all of us while we were there together, and another who kindly sent in best regards, and will get an extra postcard as a result. A great time ! |

You all sounded like you were having an excellent time. I was soooo jealous.
 It was fun to chat with you - even if you did tease me, Gurdur. You are a most cheeky devil, and deserve a severe lashing with the rough side of my tongue!  It was nice to talk to you all.

BTW, I couldn't work out who you were because you sounded South African to me. I was trying to figure out which of the Australian Infidels was a South African import. LOL!

I enjoyed it as well. The five fellow Infidels that attended with me were excellent company and we had some very good conversations. Lunachick's phone call was but one of many highlights. That sexy Kiwi accent - <*sigh*>.
