Well, if you look inside my cat, you might find some Iams:

I find bits of Iams on the floor occassionally when she tosses them up.

I still don't see how it's evidence of a creator. Even if it was, how do we know that it's the creator you're referring to?

Ah yes, chick tracts...however, many of the fundie Xians I've debated with argue that it's literally their bodies that are suspended in the sky...and I'd assume that's also what's inferred on those "in the event of rapture, this car will be unmanned" bumper stickers.

We can't know this in that objective sense. You have to believe that the bible in this instance is the Truth. We can easily just say we don't believe, but then it doesn't matter what I say or a book says.

It refers to the creator mentioned in the OT.

But in the OT it describes what Yahweh created. It describes the earth the sun, moon & stars and the sky itself. And it gets them all wrong. They are nothing like reality. Since we can plainly see that the OT is dead wrong why should we believe it about things we can't see?
