Where they are suing Al Franken because they claim exclusive rights to the phrase "fair and balanced"! Fox is seriously unbalanced. I have to expect this will go nowhere in court.

Media Plaintiff! Best selling author defendant! Parody! Plain and ordinary words that existed long before Fox existed! And of course 1st Amendment.
