So they have ALL the episodes to be downloaded free online?
![]() ![]() ![]() Wowkabalooooza! Where do they get all the money?! (considering FF-kind of CG which will cost a bomb). I hate it though I have to wait some kazillion hours to download it. The first episode "Second renaissance part 1" seemed to be as gory as Akira (the face crushing scene and the part where a girl humanoid is being dismembered)...what do you folks think? |

Where have you seen all the episodes for download? One episode is available now; three more (out of nine) will be released to the Internet before the DVD release in June (and who would want little QuickTimes when they could have DVD?). If anything more is out there, it's pirated.

YEah, I only know of the four for free. And even if they were all available, I'd still buy the DVD.
I didn't think it was as gory as Akira, but it is intense and violent. Most of the violence is "reenactments", or inspired by historical acts of human on human violence. If anything, I thought it created feelings of sympathy for the machines, and it started laying the groundwork for why they use humans as "batteries" and not cows or some other biological. It is malicious revenge. |
