Oh so I guess that you would give the President carte blanche to attack any nation whose muslim population may pose a security threat to the United States. Under this scenario we could attack any nation where there are "terrorists cells," and our own nation could be declared a war zone since terrorist cells exist here as well. We could also invade Canada and Mexico since we know that terrorists may otherwise cross into our nation through these countries unless we take control of their governments.
Every mosque in the world should be under constant U.S. government surveylance, and if that means we have to invade every nation to do it and take over the world in order to secure our own safety, so be it!
