I mean, he doesn't have to treat non-Christians and False(liberal) Christians decently since they are not quite human.

He is a "Once Saved Always Saved, Waiting for the Rapture" Christian, and as such, has a Get out of Hell Free Card and need not be accountable for his bad behavior.

I mean, does it really matter how this "Christian" treats anyone?
In the end, according to his beliefs, he is forgiven.

I don't, but I believe those were the ZoneChaos rules from last summer - basically, no more "I demand that you prove God exists", no huge lists of things from other sources without discussion, stuff like that. They were less about tone of debate and more about killing off some persistent troll threads.

Is there any way to find out when the new rules were originally posted?

As an aside: I think outspoken's comment breaks the generic "no flaming" rule anyway. His other posts have certainly been questionable when it comes to questioning other's status as christian, too.
