Revolution-The world needs a continuation of the efforts of revolutionary communism until the whole world is communist.
Evolution-Capitalism is working fine under the present circumstances and it will continue to evolve to meet the needs of most people most of the time. There seems to be a major polarization of opinions here on the role of capitalism and communism in the world. This poll is intended to get a sense of just where the members here stand on the two forms of social and economic organization. JB |

I think this is too narrow. What if I believe in evolutionary socialism?

Agreed. You could have at least just called the "revolution" option "the world needs a major revolutionary change to the capitalist system" without narrowing it down to only communism.

I don't think there's a single person here who wants a communist revolution in the "continuing tradition" of the USSR, China, Cuba.
Most communists are talking about something qutie different. |

I just wanted to get a sense of what the devide is here between the two systems. As there isn't much response to the poll, perhaps there arn't that many on each side here. I thought there were more that were comitted to one side or the other. JB |
