Worry looks ahead, faith looks up.
Seems to me that worry is a lot more sensible than faith. |

i won't be able to sleep for thinking of these gawd forsaken pedant sayings ...
We don't have as many churches here in Gomorrah but i did see one once... it was stupid then "If the brook didn't have have any rocks it wouldn't babble" and it's stupid now. You have just got to pitty folks who live and breath this stuff Get Real ... get on line with the gawdless |

Sakpo~THAT'S AWESOME!!!!
i took a road trip this weekend to see a friend graduate from college & there was a church that was apparently pretty far for people to drive to & the billboard said "alive & worth the drive!". being a marketing director i had to wonder who the hell does their advertising. |

In an issue of FFRF's newsletter a few months ago there was a picture of a church marquee that said "There are no atheists in Hell"
They were probably going for a variation of the 'no atheists in foxholes' tripe, but it made me laugh, none the less -- and for once I actually agreed! |

A church sign that I rather liked (it was near a major freeway) said "Last chance to pray before freeway!"
I thought that was at least cute. |
