Questioning different doctrines and the fundamental Christian viewpoint...Yes, but that doesn't make me not a Christian.

I was so pissed off that I posted Jay's pm in Apologetics.
I have to try and stay out of that place today or I'll definitely say something that I'll regret.
I thought you were a Catholic???....Oh, wait... I keep forgetting that there is a sizable "Death Cookie" crowd over there who don't believe Catholics, especially those who question any fundamentalist POV or comes to the defense of infidels and heathens, can possibly be a TRUE Christain! It certainly seems that the most vitriolic comments and discriminatory treatment are reserved for other Christians who are often viewed as "traitors" to the faith by those who have appointed themselves as the TRUE-Judges-of-the-Faith. :banghead:

I wonder if that lot realizes just what a poor advertisment for Christianity such discriminatory behavior is?

They'll claim they aren't being discriminatory, just "judging the fruit". They twist some really crazy looking pretzels over there.

What a crock of shit. Maybe they should ban a moderator or two.
Maybe the mods in question are simply more interested in entertainment value than in moderating ?

But I'm sure if you engage yourself with them, you can help make a change for the better, HJ.

The use of their invisibility cloaks over there is silly, too. Why does a moderator need to be invisible? To avoid being called out when they allow flaming while they are viewing a thread. Since we can't see them, then we can't assume they've seen the flaming, I guess, huh? :banghead:

LOL!!! I keep forgetting about their ability to coin Orwellian Newspeak and double-speak==>Judging the fruit" instead of discrimination... If you kill you're a murderer, if God kills it's not murder, but justice ("black is white " apologetics doublespeak).

Gurdur is perpetrating a wee jape, the obscurity of which is vanishingly infinitesimal. An explanation would entail plumbing hitherto unfathomable depths of tedium.

Whew. It's gettin' hot in the Bugs forum at CF. Though I notice Badfish is still reading the forum, even though he said he was "outa here". Anyone think he still reads this thread, too?

As you have said that you are no longer a Christian then you cannot post in Christian only areas which this post was in.

Thank you for your understanding

Damn! What the Hell is this?
*Innocent grin*

I can think of two things. One, your me-inspired title (sorry about that)... Two, the post in the Hell thread where you said something about questioning God's existence.

Then there's always three, jayemcintyre is an ass.

I'm guessing number 3

I thought I held back very nicely, I came close to having the title.."Satan Worshipping Christian Heretic".

That "questioning God's existence" post had to do with the God they were describing. You know, the "Roast in Hell for All Eternity" god. The fundy POV was annoying me to no end.
It just pisses me off that some dweeb that I do not know, sees fit to judge me.
That part angers me.

I'm going to try to stay out of there today.
Loved your last issue of "Christians Say the Darndest Things"
Are you sure you're really 18?
