I couldn't agree more!

It should go just about anywhere but the nipple!

*shrugs* Perhaps it will go out of fashion and perhaps it won't, but I happen to enjoy the way tattoos and piercings look. For me, tattoos and piercings only make a woman more attractive. I obviously consider them enhancement and not mutilation, so asking why I am willing to mutilate myself is not a question I can answer, because I don't mutilate myself. My appendix scar was a mutilation, my tattoo to cover it up was an enhancement.

I really don't consider it mutilation. Especially because they can be removed. Plus, I am not just doing it for the aesthetics. I like my breasts and would like to have them a bit more interested in bringing me some pleasure. I would love to get a pearl down below. But I'm really not ready to deal with that sort of pain.

Also, anyone who gets a tattoo of a bf/gf on their body is kind of asking for the relationship to end. It's like murphy's law, but preventable. I won't even get my husband's name on me.

[i]One of my sisters was considering having hers pierced, but found out that it would in all likelihood render it impossible to breast feed so she abandoned the idea (as she is still open to the possibility of a child).
The guy at the tattoo/piercing place told me this was not the case. I probably won't be having kids, but if I do, I want to be able to feed them. I will research this better before doing anything.

Thanks for the advise everyone.

One more question. I sleep on my stomach. Any major issues there if I get pierced?

Anyone seen the movie "Airheads"?

There is an interesting scene involving a nipple ring... Major OUCH!

I dont know much about nipple piercing but one thing to mention was my friend had them pierced right behind the nipple, not sure what difference it makes though.

Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow!

Go for it! The idea that piercings are always prone to infection was enough to convince me to let my earring holes seal up.

Seriously though, I knew a girl in high school by the name of Ana who had her's pierced and said it made them so damn sensitive she was constantly looking for a table to rub up against when she was sitting down. Other friends have expressed similar results. So it might be a big bonus if you want to increase sensitivity. Just make sure it's a good establishment with very sterile equipment.

It's all a matter of personal taste, the only part of me that is pierced are my ear lobes. I only had one done at the start to be different and got my mate to do it with an ice cube and needle....major ouch.....then got the other one done when I was a bit older and maturer. I fancied having two more, got it done and then just let the holes heal although I think I could possibly squeeze an earring in there if I really tried.

I know of a guy who had his nose pierced, years later he was fed up with it but it wouldn't heal and the hole just got bigger for some reason so he has to have something in there plus he has big problems getting an nose stud to stay in.

I wouldn't personally get anything else done, I don't like tatoos either but wouldn't knock someone for having it done. Good luck Trekbette and I sincerely hope you never have any problems with it afterwards.
