Just a question for luvluv: When you say that you try to follow what you perceive to be God's will, do you really try? Or do you mean that you follow his will when it is convenient?

I consider myself a law-abiding citizen (U.S.), as do most people here, but like those people, I generally follow the laws when they are convenient. I don't always wear my seat belt, I speed a bit, and I don't always use my turn signals. That's just the driving laws! I won't even get in to the odd sexual laws made up by the Puritanical mindset of oddball politicians.

So, would I obey such a God as you present? Sure, when it is convenient, just like most everyone else.

Later, ta-ta, and don't get run over by a herd of lemmings.
