What a horrible thing to have to go through.
Being the sys-admin, I can change the email lists or block the emails from a specific person. You _could_ put filters in place that could easily block those specific emails. What kind of system do you use?
Oh heck, I am always trying to fix things through the back door.

I think most of the problem stems from the fact that if you were to tell them _anything_ even if y ou were another "brand" of religion, you are immediatly a heathen (especially in the case where people talk about religion at work, that stinks) and thus on some sort of black list.
Unforgiving and intollerant, that is what they are (I could be wrong, but it is the standard for most groups).

I wish I had more advice, but I could help on the computing end...

Scotty - Blocking email is out, the people concerned work with computers too. They would know in an instant.

That is exactly the way I felt when I realised I had put myself in this position. Most of the people I work with are very professional, none of this would find its way into our work - overtly. But there is always the nagging suspicion that they dont somehow 'approve' of me anymore. But then maybe its all in my head.
