""Of course, there will be pairs of the different animal species chosen once by Noah," he said, announcing the project."

Where are they going to find the dinosaurs?

Oh...didn't you hear?? They were left behind! That's why we have all those piles of fossilized bones for Satan to manipulate us in to false beliefs with.....

Of course, I'd like to know how he got all those species that, at Noah's time, were indigenous only to far off continents like Australia and North America.

But I guess they DID have 120 years to figure out how to get to Noah!

Heh, christians are priceless.

Has anyone ever found a calculation regarding how big Noah's ark would have had to have been to hold two of each animal?

There seems to be quite a bit of concrete and steel in the pictures. Are they not brave enough to use the original gopher wood?

From the start God has been faithful in providing all the needed manpower and materials to complete the foundational structure. 76 cement pillars, 34 sway-brace pillars, and a 4-foot high 9-inch wide foundational wall which goes around the outside of the cement pillars.
Steel reinforcement rod was needed and God spoke to a man to donate it. Anchor bolts were needed and they were donated. Cement forms were needed and a man visited the site who “happened” to be a cement form salesman. Wages were needed to begin construction, and God instructed a man to give a large donation just before it was time to begin work that year. Events such as these and others too numerous to mention can only be described as miraculous since the project began with just $300, a typewriter, and a mimeograph machine!
I don't recall the mention of sway-brace pillars, steel reinforcement rods, anchor-bolts, a steel superstructure, et al., in the original biblical story.....as I recall it was just Noah and a bunch of wood. I guess the whole point of this is to prove that it was impossible for someone to make the ark according to the biblical specifications with the technology of the time....

Good question. Maybe if they pray hard enough, it WILL float!
