For the best proof of evolution, head on over to your local college/university campus. If you look around a bit, you'll find a great big building full of books. It's called a "library". Go on in and knock yourself out.

A really good proof of evolution can be found right next door in your biology lab. You can observe bacteria evolving resistance to an antibiotic.

If bacteria aren't your thing, then go to a local cotton farmer and talk about how boll weevils have evolved resistance to pretty much anything we can throw at them.
