Hey, if they believe in invisible sky friends, they would belive in Atlantis too, yeah? Much quicker answer. Send all to Atlantis (just say it is in the middle of the Atlantic waiting for them.

We can even make it nostalgic for them, by putting them on a giant wooden ship. We'll even make it look like Noah's ark for them. (Torsion forces? Bah! True Christians/Muslims (tm) don't need to worry about things like that!)

Oh, and Corona, if you don't see anything humorous about this thread, I think you need to go back to the shop and get your humor chip adjusted

I always thought that the religions of the Book were trying to induce armageddon by themselves. They don't need God's help. So maybe if we make them think that Armageddon is really coming, they will all commit suicide when they find out there is no apocalypse, and all others will say "hmm... guess I better throw out my Left Behind collection (and my Koran and Bible and Torah), cause they're damn useless now!" and renounce their belief and live happily ever after. No more JDL. No more Islamic Jihad. No more Christian Coalition. Yeeeeeee-haw.

LET GOD DECIDE

One problem I have with the implentation of the World Peace Plan is the cooperation of Christians and Muslims in executing it.

This could be overcome to some extent by holding 2 giant forums that would be televised to the world.

Forum No:1 Christian leaders invited to invoke either their God or manifestation of God (to the satisfaction of an elite independant panel) to demonstrate that Christianity is the truth and that Christians should not be relocated as per the plan.

Forum No:2 Muslim leaders invited to invoke either their God or manifestation of God (to the satisfaction of an elite independant panel) to demonstrate that Islam is the truth and that Muslims should not be relocated as per the plan.

These would be massive events and a chance for God to show he really exists. He would have to appear on camera in some identifiable form, or a verified miracle would have to occur such as a giant cross appearing in the sky for all to see, or a giant crescent for muslims.

If God (either Muslim or Christian) didn't turn up (as I suspect), then the plan would proceed.

Now isn't that reasonable and fair?

The problem with locating all of these folks localy (e.g. on the planet) is that they will relatively assuradly destroy the area they are stuck in. While Tasmania and Sri Lanka are not exactly the height of valuable landmasses, we should think of the future, and of the potential clean-up costs. Also, although the idea of a rocket to another planet seems decent, we have to think of our own future generations. The small but frightening possibility that some could survive to breed means that, eventually, they could find their way back.

I think the obvious answer here is to load them into missiles and fire them at the sun. Problem solved, and no potential for future problems.

Some of these alternative suggestions are really imaginitive.

It has been suggested to me that religion is not, and has not been the cause of any real problems in the world. I don't agree with that.

I actually have no problem with religion, as long as it is not forced on anyone and has nothing to do with politics.

No country should be a theocracy.
