Default Boy Scout section to allow gays

Read all about it.

Finally. Some real progress.

How is a group deciding to do the right thing, (IE not be bigots) not progress?

Conventionally, statements such as this should be followed by supporting arguments.
Care to give it a try?

Anybody else think that council is going to be hammered hard? Either by the national BSA or by local religious fanatics?

Will this council still discriminate against atheists?

Why? Is it because you're a confused bigot whose struggles with personal issues have yet to be resolved?

If there are other reasons, please share.

I, for one, am very happy that this change has finally come. It's one less way for prejudice to be injected into America's youth.

So I have a question for you guys. Do you think the BSA should be legally forced to accept homosexuals as leaders/members?

I don't think that they should be forced. I think that they should do it because it is the right thing to do.
