Team 1337?

(Reference to Team 17, one of the greatest game studios ever; and to 1337-5/>34|<)

Ok here it is...

The Computer Club Motto

We are the Emperors of the Electrical domain, Masters of the Mouse, Lords of the LAN, Kings of the Keyboard, Rajahs of RAM, Sultans of the C drive, Princes of Peripherals, Archons of Applications.
Resistance is futile.
(Caution: some people may not have the capacitor for nerd jokes.)

We also added Queens of QWERTY (to the Kings of the Keyboard thing), Gurus of GUI, and Wizards or Whizzes of WOOT (Windows Object-Oriented Turing, it's a programming language that you've probably never heard of). Man, I was such a nerd back then.

Looking back, there aren't that many stuff in it about software development, which is weird 'cause all we did there was program. There was hardly any comp eng stuff involved. Oh well, you can still get Guru of GUI? GUI-Guru...? WinWhiz? I don't know... these are however some great ideas for a computer hardware store.

I'm not sure about the 'code' parts people have brought foreward. Quite a few people will go on the internet for 'Cheat Codes' for various console games, and may cause some confusion in what it is you're doing.

But that is just my thoughts on the issue.

Well, going by that logic, people would be hitting up Metrowerks all the time (they make the CodeWarrior IDE, among other things).

If not JungleWare, how about VeldtWare?

AlphaCode? (Your first place for code! Plus it's a sly refutation of the Omega Code.)

Wow. I thought this thread had died already. Anyway, I got a brand. We've registered it and the site will be up shortly. No mods, this is not a shameless punt , I'm not that opportunist - just proud of my work. Besides, its only a mockup.

Designed it my own self. Waddya think (mockup attached)?
