Hi,
I was wondering how much of a published text we are allowed to quote from (with bibliographical information, of course, to give credit to authors), without violating copyright? Thank you in advance for your assistance! Best wishes, Luiseach ![]() |

There is no formula for that. Generally a few paragraphs are fine for what point you want to make. Assuming you have a link to the on-line original you should quote the few paragraphs that demonstrate your main point.

Thank you!
Someone was asking me to quote at length from a published work, so I wanted to make sure it would be okay to do so. I don't think there is an electronic version of the text, but I can provide links to site where the text is discussed or mentioned. |
