Here's another site concerning everybody's favorite dingbat:

The man thinks people could kill a T-Rex by tearing its arms off.

He'll believe anything. Except what science says! :boohoo:

I didn't know it was Hovind who came up with that idiocy! But I might have suspected.........

The problem is that the man is very well spoken, as a preacher must be if he's going to have a congregation. He also has his act carefully figured out. For an example, go to the FAC on his site and check out the section of questions to ask evolutionists. I've heard that he can fire these off like a machine gun in a verbal debate.

(hehe) ripping the arms off T. rex, indeed! I'd like to take him back in time and see him try it.

Incidently, Hovind claims to speak pubicly some 700 times a year. My question is; what with the travel and all, how does he manage it? That's only a little less than twice per day, 7/52. Has he solved the riddle of FTL?

there are some amazingly funny quotes on that analysis of hovind website posted above. the funniest ones i've found so far are these:

"Suppose when we get to heaven God [.....] gives you an eyeball that is capable of seeing all the frequencies on the [electromagnetic] spectrum. That means that you would be able to see the radio waves going through the air as a color. Also, you would be able to see the sounds that come from a piano."

"If evolution is true, you could not know that it's true because your brain is nothing but chemicals. Think about that."

ha ha ha ha ha. that 2nd one is great. i think it's among the stupidest things i've ever heard.
